  It's time for yet another Tips & Tricks Showcase, and today Ponty has chosen The Unlimited Shouts without the Restoration Exploit by Matt Feeney. Here is what Ponty had to say about this exploit:

  A rather old (almost a year now) post from Matt brings us a very easy method of significantly reducing your shout cooldowns to virtually nothing! It does however require you to get to the Paarthurnax segment of the main quest and not progressing past there. Mason mentioned in the comments that it may also work when you first meet the Blades, but nobody got around to testing it!

  This exploit is certainly useful when using a Build that requires Unlimited Shouts (Didn't I make one of those? ). If you've ever had the urge to try using Unlimited Shouts, then I strongly suggest reading through this thread. It will certainly provide you with quite a bit of fun!
