HIDDEN GEM The Aedric Spear

  Good afternoon to all of you, Ben B here with a great Hidden Gem Spotlight never seen before.  This week I’m pointing you all in the direction of a Heavily Armored, Spell flinging, Two-Handed Sword wielding badass. The Aedric Spear by Nalcarya.

  This build is one of the most interesting builds to come out of the Events (not done by those we all know as well) It was part of  the Event: Classes and has to be my favorite build to come out of that particular event, it’s based quite heavily on the Templar class from our esteemed Elder Scrolls Online.

  But how does it play you might ask, well that’s simple it plays like a Tank, Battle-Mage, Healer and Warrior all at once but manages to avoid switching to much between them. Well except healing it always heals stuff.  Its main focus was enchanting its gear to deal extra damage and buff spell-casting so that it could truly become a powerhouse, the combination of Fire and Sun magic, Healing Spells and of Course the ability to take anything makes this a very formidable force in battle.

  On to the Roleplay, It mainly focuses on being a goody-two-shoes helping out the weaklings of Skyrim to do menial tasks. What that means is protecting the innocent and worshipping the Eight (yeah filthy Imperial, doesn’t worship Lord Talos.) It’s not really focused on the Roleplay compared to the Gameplay but the little that is included is a lot of fun and really well thought out.

  Overall the Build deserves a like or two from all of you. With great presentation, very solid combat and an interesting Roleplay, everything that makes a great build. Look out next time for ShinJin’s Spotlight and I’ll see you guys later.
