I've never bought or downloaded a game soundtrack, and it seems a bit of an odd notion to me - even though I am a massive music buff.
News has come out today that the Skyrim Soundtrack is available for pre-order. It's spread over 4CDs so there's plenty of music there to fill up your iPod.
As a bonus anyone who orders it before Christmas will have it personally signed by composer Jeremy Soule. It will also be on iTunes in due course.
Are you thinking of getting it? Or is the Skyrim music something that only really works for you whilst you are actually playing the game?

Plus, it'll be something new to listen to while I'm writing away on my laptop ^_^,
I agree; the Dead Space 2 Collector's Edition was terrible, but it made up for itself by including the soundtrack.
