The Weekend Roundtable: What are you hoping for from the Dragonborn DLC?

    The next and potentially most awesome Skyrim DLC hits in a couple of weeks. Thus far we have actually had very little hard information, apart from what can be gleaned from the trailer (below)

    So for the Roundtable this week, let's talk about our hopes, dreams and even our plans for the new DLC. Are you planning on making a new character? What do you expect from the quests and story of Dragonborn? Will there be a new faction (or factions) to join?

    Let's talk about Dragonborn.

    So much, probably to much. I can imagine that this is their last DLC for Skyrim so I hope it's of Shivering Isles size. At this point we know there will probably be dragon riding and I hope you can control it and it's not a glorified fast travel to a spec...  more

    1 thing above all else, Spears. If only Rieklings can use them, I'll be dissapointed. Hoping for many new (or old, hello Morrowind!) artifacts, and looking forward to maybe meeting my old pal, Divayth Fyr!

    Looking forward to exploring Solstheim once again - its been a long time.Seen one or two interesting items of clothing in screen shots that i hope are available to wear as well as the 4 mentioned armour types.I 'm hoping for a complex plot with tough choi...  more

    I'll probably use my pretty gladiator-type character, though I might end making a sort of Ice Knight specializing in some minor frost magic and the use of frost atronarchs in addition to regular fighting capabilities.(because Stahlrim armor looks sick).  ...  more

    My main want from the dlc is usable spears. Hopefully not just two-handed but also one-handed and throw-able. I also hope for new skill trees to be added in but I highly doubt that would happen. As long as the story has some major choices and consequences...  more

    they said in an ign video there will be a new shout to tame dragons,so i'm thinkin maybe thats how we'll be able to mount them.
