Stuttering hasn't been a major issue so far, but I may end up having to go back to Seasons of Skyrim. Or else maybe try Poupouri or Straylight.

Teccam one thing you could try is 1680x1000 (or whatever the res is below the max), you still get it in fullscreen, and no noticeable loss in quality, but MUCH better FPS.
