I haven't played nearly as many as I wish I have, but here they are:
- Albino's Regenerator
- Raidriar's White Walker
- The Healer by Curse, Shin, and Lozhar.
- No snakes aLive's Demonhunter.
A few of the many fantastic builds on the site; I can personally recommend these ones.

Ponty's Histmaster and Mason's Salamander. Which is weird since Argonians are not even in top three of my favorite races

That depends on what kind of character you wanna play. You can always ask in Build Recommendations to find a good match, obviously.

Easy enough..lol. When I first found this site I had been playing Skyrim for years on my own...but with little direction other than my own creative desires. I was just piecing together characters as I thought they might work with little thought to synergy and what would actually work together having really read nothing about building and how things combined to pop in a build.
Then I wanted to see what else was out there and started hunting for "best builds" and found The Vault. Naturally I dove into the Hall of Fame first assuming those were great builds and hopefully not popularity contest winners as sometimes happens in life. The first builds I saw were Mason's. I must have read every build he had up and then from some comments in his builds that led me to Ponty and from there I was hooked. I've likely read hundreds of builds on the site, just reading them in my free time for the enjoyment of seeing someone's creation.
In playing, once I decided to take that leap it was Mason's builds I went back to. I tried all his Sentinel builds but never progressed very far as they didn't capture me. Awesome builds...but not for me as a player. Then I found The Seraphim. That is the first build I played all the way through (once I figured how to get around the patch fix for UCC) besides one of my own. And I followed that up with what I think might be the best build I've seen, The Sorcerer. Then I moved on to Ponty, basically following my reading path...and wanted to delve into the vampire world for the first time. I enjoyed his Nightguard build for a while.
There were several others that I've played but many more others that influenced me as I began to try my hand as a builder. Mason, of course, with some stuff from his Sorcerer build, heavily influenced a couple of my early builds. Zach and his build The Obliterator taught me about advanced unarmed combat that I used in another build. Lee Fiskilis and Relycs for some of their blogs regarding shouts and thralls came in very handy in other builds that I did. And lastly Curse. I hadn't read his thief build RMW, but was pointed to that in the Workshop for another build I was working on. It was suggested that reading that build may influence that particular build and boy did it. It opened up a whole new roleplay section in that build which really beefed it up to me (and the Workshop gang). And when I started posting builds, I went right back to where I started. Mason's builds were the ones I took a template from and used as my guide to format my own builds.

Since my last reply to this post, I have played:
The Sorceress by Oneness
The Sorcerer by Mason
The Hedge Mage by Radriar and Tae Rai
The Regenerator by Albino (I'm currently about 3/4 through this one... it's been good times so far ;D)
