Thanks, CF! You are going to release your build later though, right,,, right!?! (I get a kick out of reading them, so the answer had better be 'yes' ;D

I made sure to get Agent of Subterfuge's Nightingale Strife power... that absorb 100 health is useful when you've been detected (rare), hurt, or want to end an encounter quickly--it's a pretty awesome way to take a huge chunk out of a boss quickly, and also makes for a pretty cool finishing move ;D

Unfortunately, like almost all powers that you have to manually activate, I was either (a) afraid to squander it needlessly, or (b) too stupid to remember I had it... thus, I missed a lot of great opportunities to bust out the Nightingale Strife. If I were to do it all over again (for any build in which I had acquired it), I'd make certain to use it at least once on every sortie I undertook rather than save it for a kind of panic situation (and thus never use it)  xD

I figured that about the back Shinjin.  I was wondering about actually Whirlwind Sprinting up the walls.  But thank you for answering.

    Thanks, Algernoon!

I play all builds on Adept. I just don't have enough time in the day to spend prolonging fights... I still think that mechanism was kind of a cop-out to keep from having to find a way to make the AI more interesting and unique (I would actually be interested in a discussion about how people feel about this issue... hmm, if I get some time I might start a thread along those lines).

Personally, I would play the level you are used to playing just to get a feel for it. If you find yourself dying every other second, then drop it down to a challenging (but enjoyable) level. If you just have to play master because anything lower is for milkdrinkers, just remember that MfD stacks, so you could spend a bit of that time just painting enemies with it over and over before you bring in the Telekinesis and teleportation. I'd actually be kind of curious to know how it works, but am too stubborn to see for myself (some people's pride won't allow them to play less than master... mine won't let me play higher than Adept xD)

I'm not sure if you can get a two-for-one on the glitches or not. I got the potions before I was able to transform, and I so desperately wanted the ICC that I kicked it in the instant that I could. It would be a cool experiment, though ;D

I found them very convenient... which ultimately translates into useful. It's true that you really don't need any of these perks to successfully pick locks, but they're still nice to have. More leeway on tougher locks is sweet; less time waiting for people to move away from a door so that you can pick a lock undetected is sweet; starting closer to the locks releasing position is sweet; and finally a little extra gold and higher percentage to find fine items for each chest you encounter is sweet.

The only perks I haven't tried out yet are Wax Key (just not into the concept even though it has the potential to eliminate times at the doors) and Unbreakable (nothing more boring than perfection xD).

Im one of those guys whose pride forces him to play master all the way through.

I can see this build being viable on master. Your summons would make a good distraction while your pelt enemies with MfD and gemstones.

A true T&T build culminating in the arcane rogue class I so wanted to see come to fruition and masterfully designed by my good friend and highly respected builder, Jin himself. This build is awesome! You've done a great job here, bro! I especially love that image of the troll getting rekt by petty soul gems lol!

Simple RP, the best glitches and exploits around, and fun yet challenging gameplay to keep the player engaged in the ultimate loot of the Motherland. Do I even need to say +1?

You've even managed to play around with Klimmek's Sack. I thought I was the only one

I fully agree: if you're looking to save perks, planning on playing a true thief rather than an adventurer (most of your lock work is in towns where just about everyone has keys, rather than looting dungeons), pickpocket-as-facilitator-of-entry makes total sense. The perk that raises the likelihood of successfully pickpocketing keys suggests that Bethesda agrees with you as well.

This was my first real foray rayinto the wonderful world of Lickpicking, and I would LOVE to be smart enough to take on a "In defense of Locpicking" type article like you tips and tricks guys, but the mechanics of the side perks elude me, and what Bethesda and even UESP say about mechanics aren't always quite accurate. I'd need some facts to back up what is merely opinion right now, and in-game research on the mechanics is a mystery to me. Looks like you get to write the Trinity of thievery xD

I'm IMMENSELY happy to hear you say that, and can't repat this enough: conceptually, you came up with the mechanics for every cool or crucial aspect of this build... you're probably going to want to smooth the shoulders on your shirt and brush the dust of my footprints off them xD
