Wow awesome! No worries helmets aren't for everyone. To level enchanting I collected daggers and swords and applied a weak enchantment to each one. It levels pretty fast just using Iron Daggers. Also about staves I would say it depends on what it does. Some staffs I think fit perfectly into the build are Forsworn Staff/Eye of Melka/Staff of Hag's Wrath so you could try those. The necklace you're describing is the Ancient Nord Amulet, an identical version of Kyne's Peace/Gauldur Amulet but like you said cannot be enchanted, good for the looks though until you get one of the others, nice find!

ok cool. I must say this build is not at all what i expected, in a good way. I especially like how it can be played on the vanilla game being as i don't yet have any DLC theres not many builds on here like that. So again I say, great job. :)

Also Ithink you should add Marked For Death as a shout it fits with the "wear your enemy down" thing you want.

I didn't include that shout because it permanently weakens followers, and seeing as this build uses 4 followers I thought it would be too risky to use with the high chance of hitting one of them.

Updated with 'Meat' and 'Sanctuary' sections. Decided to allow cooking of meat, as raw meat just doesn't restore enough health. I would stay clear of stews and soups however as they require vegetables to make and the Cannibal is strictly a carnivore.
