on some of my characters I bow (crouch) when ever im am or about to talk to a jarl.
on my character that I am playing at the moment I kill ANY argonian I see, even flying ones (dragons) because of his back story.

I often bow to Jarls by looking at the floor briefly. Some of my characters are very picky about what they wear in a Jarl's presence. My version of Lord Black-Briar wears a different outfit for each Jarl and always wears the "proper" armor for any faction quest.

only problem with that is if you crouch too close to a jarl the Pickpocket option pops up and they will say something mean to you. I avoid crouching in cities because of this nonsense.

If you are so close that pickpocket option comes up, than you are already TOO close to the Jarl. Those who bowed to people on thrones, in my opinion, must have kept their distance from that particular noble.

I have my Dunmer elementalist. When a bandit or what not calls him any racial slur, he gets pissed and beats the enemies with his fists. I use Ancestor's wrath to show how pissed he is.

Alcoholism is an easy tick to play with, especially for a common adventurer. My one character will react with glee whenever he stumbles upon some bottles in a bandit camp. Drinking the bottles comes at several times, before bed, he usually downs a great deal, after a long hard battle, he often rewards himself with some bottles, or partway through a dungeon, he will down a few to keep himself going, and keep up that liquid courage.
Other than that, having a character that enjoys midnight walks is fun, and keeps your alchemy ingredients topped of as well!

My latest character has not been able to sleep since absorbing his first dragon soul. A nice quirk from both a gameplay and roleplay perspective.

I have a khajit martial artist, and as part of his training he does things that could be considered menial to others. He mines ore chops wood carries buckets of water up the steps to the grey beards.
