I edited this down so much and it still was longer than I really wanted, but I'm glad you made it through and approve! And you're right, he goes from sniveling wannabe to very potent (but not OP) once illusion, alchemy and shouts get going.
I was careful not to make him too OP because that was the whole point, he is tricking everyone with his words...
I don't know the caravan glitch! I'll take a look.
    Anyway, thanks again!

Wow that really means a lot...thanks so much! To be honest, after planning this build out, it actually play tested much better and I had more fun with it than I expected. Really thinking my way around Skyrim giving him purpose, as you say, was quite different and extremely immersive Thanks again.

I used it on my Goldpact Knight. The Dawnstar chest glitch. Basically, everytime there is a caravan in town, there is a hidden chest with all their wares. Which means you can obtain very expensive potions and poisons for free, but it also means that you can sell them all your goods, buy one or two expensive items and then sell them everything again because it´s in the chest. Levels Speech really fast and gives you access to unlimited gold (which can be both good and bad)

Ah I see. That rings a bell now seeing it on your build. Yes I know the locations of some of those chests, but never thought to use it like that. Good tip.

    It´s something to consider.

I also recall Ben C´s guide to Speech. Stealing stuff, then bribing persuading guards levels your Speech very quickly too.

You don´t need this stuff in your build, though. It´s up to people how they´ll level the Speech. For most people these ways are common knowledge, but on the other hand, not everyone consider it a common thing and not everyone knows about it. So it is purely optional.

As I said, it´s a great build and it works perfectly fine without chest glitches.

yeah I appreciate that. I started that section on speech simply because I enjoyed finding little tweaks that don't feel like grinding or 'cheating', but rather can be part of a normal sort of play through. Like all of the skill book locations are places you would visit anyway, for example.

So with the chest... when you sell them the stuff from the chest, it goes back in the chest?? Then rinse and repeat?

I'll have you know that my ESO Nightblade killed Suturah's heirs. :D Good work!

Ha! Nice. I don't actually play ESO but that storyline seemed pretty cool. Thanks.

Dude! A Wormtongue/Screwtape build! Never in a million years would I have dreamed that up.

And it's awesome, too (the build and presentation are incredible)! The inclusion of Heavy Armor for this was a bit surprising, but when you look at the Ebony set with the Mask of Clavicus Vile (and consider what the mask does), it's like... "Okay, I get it now!"

A challenging and excellent  crossworlds build!
