How's this build coming? Thalmor builds are very fun. I can definitely vouch for that.

Haven't been able to play much on it lately so it is still pretty low level plus I had to do a reroll because using the Muffle spell accidently overleveled my Illusion skill and left everything else behind.  One thing I am excited about which was unexpected is I have been using the Flames spell a decent bit and I am thinking that with the bonus from Apect of Terror perk in the Illusion tree and on of the Augmented Flames perks, this spell will still be viable end game, which I am anticipating to be level 40-45, as at least a supplementary damage source.

This is my first Thalmor build and I love the look of the Hooded Thalmor Robes with the Shrouded Boots and Gloves combo.  Plus, roleplaying as a rogue agent who is still working to further the Dominion's position in Skyrim despite being rejected by his own kind really opens up the roleplaying and questlines.  Thank you for your suggestions about how to roleplay a Thalmor agent joining the Companions like you did in your Agents of Oegnithr: Beast Build.  It has made that questline feel like it fits the builds goals instead of just being a necessity for beast form.

The build is now around level 23 and has been updated with the following changes:

    1) Updated Gameplay section

    2) Updated equipment, spells, & shouts sections

    3) Updated the Quest section

    4) Dropped becoming a werewolf.  This is the biggest change.  As much as I love the idea of combining being an Altmer, blood magic and beast form, it just felt wrong when I tried to get this character to join the Companions.  I went halfway through their questline and had to reload a save from before I joined them.  Plus, the way gameplay is shaping up, beast form wasn't going to synergize as well as I had hoped.  Plus, I felt like the build was suffering from a little too much "Do Everything" syndrom and this helped that significantly.
