Guldun Rock cave has a minimum level of 24. It can be used to farm weapons and armor of Scaled, Steel Plate, Elven and Dwarven quality at level 1. Just need to save the game prior to entering the cave.

I had read this back soon after it was originally posted but not since...at least not until today. I'm glad I stumbled back upon it... I've got some new tricks now.

From my experience, if you cast the Ash Guardian in very quick succession, You can have multiple Ash Guardians. It doesn't take effect every time though, as I cast the spell maybe 10 times very quickly and ended up with 3 guardians.
( I discovered this on discovery that the projectile you cast which summons the ash guardians actually does minor damage on it's own, and I tried to kill a bunch bandits with just the summoning explosion.)

Don't know if it's already been covered but if you have all of the augmentation perks in the destruction tree and 100 enchanting with all enhancement perks chaos damage on weapons is naturally 164 or so with a grand soul gem.
Also for whatever reason if you have the illusion perk that affects fear spells and the intense flames perk with 100 enchanting and the perks your fear enchantment will allow you to fear level 84 with a grand soul gem I believe this only works if you also have some form of fire damage on your weapon. This doesn't include fiery soul trap since that enchantment falls under soul trap. Tested even with grand soul the fire damage for fiery soul trap is only 15.
Salmon roe is an extremely potent alchemy ingredient gained through catching the salmon jumping up rivers. Mixing it with a nordic barnacle and garlic makes a potion worth 1000+ gold at 15 alchemy.

I'll test some other random things on my next playthrough I've been trying to get a Master of all Trades build working but my backstory is still a bit off. But I digress I've been testing perk interactions and compatibility with this build and so far I've found those three interesting effects. I can also confirm for everyone that augmented frost does indeed increase the damage of cyclone, I noticed a significant increase from before the perks to after I had taken the perks.
Also one more thing fortify destruction potions affect frost breath but not fire breath. So in theory frost breath with a high alchemy skill is a force to be reckoned with.

An addition to this is if you use a fortify altertion potion it extends the length of slow time. The stability perk from the alteration also extends the duration.
