I was wondering if someone could make me a perk spread for my water dragon build. I have a link to skyrimcalculator and a background image already provided.

What programs can you use for making perks spreads? I tried doing one with open office, but when I transferred it to a build, the text and picture got seperated. Thanks.

I used powerpoint and paint. I'd make the spread in powerpoint and then once I was happy with it I'd copy the image and text over into paint and save it as an image. I had a tutorial in the group but I still haven't gotten around to fixing the images.

So I've got something a bit vague this time around, not an issue if it's not a thingy that can be filled and all. But what I'm aiming for is an image (1000*1000) that represents a bit of a combination between Fallout: 76 and Skyrim, with elements from both games making up around 50% (ish) of the image with a bit of space for some text (that I'll fit in myself).
It's a bit of a vague request and probably a tad more complicated than the normal Perk/Equipment Spreads, but well...yeah, would appreciate the help if anyone can offer it to me :)
If it helps an image that I think would work would be This One, it's not something I'm hooked on, but well it's a damn good picture :P

that is a nice picture. I’m not an artist, digital or otherwise, and i have no idea what’s possible and what’s not. But it would be cool to take the front half of that picture, the one with the helmet, and sort of superimpose it on another picture, but a skyrim landscape with a dragon flying in the top left side. So it’s like morphing between fallout in the foreground and skyrim in the background.

That's kind of the general idea I was thinking of, kinda, it'd be super cool to have something like that going on :D
