    I think he was a very sympathetic character as everything he does is about curing Roma. The Pale Lady is a necessary evil in that she is serving his wife in her own way. The game doesn't give you enough to form a conclusion other than that he wants to rule a prosperous Skingrad alongside his wife.

    The vampire hunters are a great threat to him and the lesser vampires are the ones which attract them. I understand his reasons and have no issues with that.

    He is clearly not a fan of the dark arts and willingly warns the Mages Guild about the King of Worms' return, although there is a hint of a dark history between Janus and the guild.

    As for his servants, it seems that Hal-Liurz knows more than she reveals so I personally have interpreted it as a willingness to serve although I think you're right in that one could interpret that as being enthralled.

    Turth is he really seemed he cared for Skingrad and it´s people. But was it genuine or because he didn´t want to blow his cover?

    Of course he isn´t fan of Dark Magic. Dark Magic attracts attention.

    If you're Raziel I should be playing the role of Kain and adopting his fatalistic viewpoint. As it is I'm being the optimist. Have we got our roles mixed up? I guess if we flip the coin enough times it will one day land on it's edge.

    Lol, did I really sound like Raziel? It wasn´t my intention. It´s been so long since I played Soul Reaver I hardly remember his opinions.

    But yeah, I´m mostly pesimistic about everyone in games. Paranoid most of the time. I really trust no one´s intentions in games . I guess me and Glarthir could be pals in the end

    You sounded more like Kain. I think there is a line of dialogue between the two in either SR 2 or Defiance in which Raziel says "your fatalism is tiresome." Kain responds with, "and profoundly ingrained."

    So I was poking fun that you were being the opposite to Raziel by equating fatalism with pessimism.

    Also, to the Glarthiir reference! I do love it when I get excuses to laugh at Bosmer and over the last few days there have been several.

    Well Bosmer in Oblivion were really joke. I mean, every stupid guy from that game was Bosmer. Glarthir is one. There there is that one...Maglir I think... in Figthers guild. He can´t even clean cave from stupid Imps and then he joins Blackwood Company. Than that Battlemage in Mage´s Guild quest. He runs to you in Ayleid run how he is the last survivor of group of Battlemage, than tell you to follow him and get himself killed by trap which he must have passed before running to you!

    I really hate Bethesda for that...I think that Stupid Bosmer Guys deserver their own discussion here :D

    Whodunit? has to be my favorite from Oblivion. Final Resting from the Shivering Isles was also quite amusing.

    I found most of Morrowind's Main Questline to be quite memorable, especially more toward the end. Tribunal wasn't bad, either.
