  To be honest I struggled with a negative stereotype for Bretons and Redguards :P

  Races are raised by their their own usually. The reason the steriotypes are often true is because of a culture thing. High Elves can be warriors. Its just culturally is unheard of because as high elves magicka is in their culture. 

  I don't think its genetics and just the beast races are more prone too thievery because they are beast races.

  Beast races are prone to thievery because their constantly treated like trash.

  Nords are prone to be ignorant and racist because they are raised by ignorant and races nords.

  Its all culture. Anyone can overcome culture.
