Building for Survival Mode (FO4)

Yeah, most of mine are usually from sleeping on dirty mattresses, although I believe I caught one from a mole rat or something once. I also never eat uncooked food and only drank dirty water from the river in diamond city, since I was planning to pay the doc anyway to cure lethargy.

I've caught a couple from Dogs and Ghouls and the time I had lethargy I got it from building stuff in my settlement, I finished building some walls and exited the workbench and I'd developed Lethargy during it, no idea how that works.

    Day XXXX

I have died close to as many times as I have died in the Souls series. I had to leave behind an Army Helmet, Winter Jacket, a modified hunting rifle, and a pool cue spear behind.

If you need an easy army helmet there's one just upriver from the bridge at sanctuary by a crashed APC, bring some rad x since its near some barrels.

    Yeah I bought/found a few antibiotics early...but as soon as I could I built a clinic.

There's no way I'll get to chemist on this character, so I guess I'll be on the lookout to stock up. It's def a game changer. Every time I see a dirty mattress I think - illness or save game? ha

I only died like 7 times.

Wait, you can get doctors to cure illnesses? That must be new, back when I started in survival I used to have to use antibiotics all the time! You can see why I decided to spec down to chemist, hah.

They've been able to do it from the start, it's the same option as getting them to heal your wounds.

Yeah, doctors will cure disease the same time they restore health.

Keep in mind I've been playing since the earliest Survival beta. Just might not have noticed. I'll have to add that one to my survivor's log!
