Let us know! I bet it works though.

It appears I've stumbled upon the one thing that won't work. Breath of Nchuak requires a full charge to cast. It is cast in a burst rather than concentration style. I guess my old Chimarvamidium build will continue collecting dust for now.

Is there a list of combos that were tried and didn't work? I'd like to try additional combos but don't want to duplicate efforts.

Do custom made potions work or do I absolutely need to use the potions as stated above?

It would have to be a potion with exactly the same levels I think

Yes, I can confirm that custom potions can work, but you'll have to get lucky.

Have a look at my other discussion on concentration casting (sorry no idea how to link, really should learn how to use this forum properly one day!) In the comments we got some way along the road of breaking this effect down. The short version is that the effect is enabled by having a total stamina or magicka value within certain ranges with a set number after the decimal point. So any value between 127.4 and 227.4 (with .4 after the decimal) works as does anything between 256.8 and 355.8 (with .8). Note that we got very inconsistent results if the base value was modified so this is best achieved using bonuses from magic items only. The listed combinations of potions and magic items are guaranteed to work but they definitely aren't the only ones and custom potions (and enchantments for that matter) will work if the result hits one of the magic numbers. It is very likely there are other ranges of magic numbers as well...

So, I've been playing on my xbox lately, where this glitch obviously works perfectly; I've had a build idea that requires me to move back to my pc, though. My question is, do the unofficial patches fix this glorious mistake?

    Two Questions:

1: Would a Necromage Vampire be able to get this to work?

2: Would the Ring of Namira qualify as an item for Unlimited Stamina?

Ring of Namira would, since it's +50, but the Fortify Health and Health Regen effect may screw it up. I'm not sure how that effect is added, if a separately coded ring is swapped in with those effects or if it's just added to active effects.

And the Necromage thing is interesting. The Unlimited Stamina/Magicka effect seems to come when an amount greater than 27 ends in a .4 decimal. So if you can find a combination that requires 25% Fortify Restoration (Necromage) as well as some other potions you may be in luck! I'm gonna try a few calculations to check it out...
