    Cyre

"I became a part of Sheogorath... or he became a part of me. I can't quite remember."

    Name: Cyre

Aliases: The Golden Fool, Laughing Mutt, Burning Hound, (Sir) Fluffles.

Surname: Unknown, although Cyre has on occasion claimed that when translated into Cyrodilic it is along the lines of Mara's Tits. He says this with such a straight face that many have been left unable to tell if he is joking.

Sex: Male and very rarely Female.

Race: Altmer and on occasion Werewolf.

    Age: 17, 38, 400 and lets go with 297.333333.

Affiliations: The Beast, The Bard's College.

Abilities/Skills: As he has been roaming Tamriel for an indeterminate amount of time, Cyre has been able to pursue and master any number of skills. Due to this every couple of decades he will abandon his current skillset in favour of another on a whim. What stands out amongst all of these sets of skills is his mastery of Illusion, almost as though it is necessary for him to still be Cyre.

    Appearance

Skin Tone: A dark golden colour, the result of many years spent roaming Tamriel.

Height: It is hard to say, as he rarely stops moving long enough for anyone to check.

    Weight: Just above average.

Eye Colour: Yellow, almost Gold. The intensity of the colour appears to change depending on his mood.

Facial Markings: Cyre is often seen with face paint above and below his left eye. Other than that he has several scars which attest to the battles he has survived.

Hair/Facial Hair: Blonde, the right side of his head shaved while the left side is left long. He often has a layer of stubble on his jaw, which he claims is the result of him being too lazy to regularly shave.

Clothing/Armour: He has been known to wear anything from his birthday suit to full plate armor, depending on what he feels the situation requires. While this may be the case he always has his trusty fool's garb tucked away somewhere ready for use.

Weapons: Whatever weapon best suits his current skillset, ranging from the Wabbajack to Sheep Slayer.

    Personality

Cyre is often overly relaxed, even in life threatening situations, to the point of others becoming irritated with him. When those around him are rushing around trying to complete as many tasks as they possibly can, Cyre can often be found sleeping under a nearby tree or having a chat with the Beast.

He has an almost terrifying fascination with fire and has on occasion spent hours simple watching a candle burn or staring into the fire place in an inn. His fascination is so strong that as far back as he is willing to admit, has been incorporating it into how he fights. Be that through outright use of Destruction magic's flame spells or combining it with the more mundane weapons of the archer or warrior. There was even a time where he would set himself ablaze, leading to his nickname Burning Hound.

When he is occasionally a werewolf, Cyre has a unique relationship with his inner beast which unlike those of his fellow beast-blooded who's relationships boil down to either control or servitude, Cyre has managed to befriend the beast within. His relaxed nature and surprising willpower have lead to Cyre not wishing to control the beast and yet the beast not being able to take control itself. Resulting in two separate personalities each of which have had an influence on the other. Such influences include Cyre having become more aggressive during combat, enjoying the battle between the prey and the hunter, and occasionally pissing on trees.

Cyre has what he likes to call a unique sense of humour. This has lead to him introducing himself as either Sir Fluffles or simply Fluffles whenever he meets anyone in a position of power, such as the Jarls of Skyrim. Other instances of this are his strangely named weapons; such as a dagger dubbed Sheep Slayer, and referring to the beast as Darling or Kitty.

    The Beast

Name: He does not have one and does not care to, instead just going by whatever Cyre has currently chosen to call him.

    Aliases: Darling, Kitty, Chuckles, etc.

    Appearance

Fur Colour: Golden Blonde, being darkest around his neck and down the center of his back.

    Eye Colour: Light Blue.

Physique: Slightly more muscular then the average werewolf.

    Personality

Having initially loved the scent of fresh blood and the feeling of tearing things to shreds with his claws, the Beast has begun to calm down due to Cyre's influence. While he still enjoys the feeling of chasing his prey, he no longer thinks of solely that. Much like Cyre he has begun to enjoy simply finding a sunny place to take a nap inbetween hunts. He also greatly enjoys chatting with Cyre about whatever the other is currently doing and has even started providing advice during situations which may lead to conflict.

His bond with Cyre is strong enough that he no longer wishes to wrest control of their shared body. Instead being content with the time that Cyre grants him every couple of days to run freely through the countryside of Skyrim. Although he can get a little impatient at times.

    Background

Cyre and the Beast wandered across Skyrim's border some ten years before the destruction of Helgen and have called the province home ever since. It is unclear when Cyre became a werewolve as he has not revealed this to even those who know of the Beast.

For the most part his past before entering Skyrim is a mystery, his most common tale is that he has been adventuring across Tamriel since a young age. While some of his more outlandish ones claim that he has sparred with Mehrunes Dagon, slept with every tavern girl in Auridon, and that he has dined with Champion of Cyrodiil. Given his training as a bard and his sense of humor it is hard to pinpoint what is fact and what he has made up for his own amusement. One thing that is certain though, is that he was born somewhere within the Summerset Isles.

Omg. The Laughing Mutt and Chuckles are great aliases for this guy, and I like that the eye color changes between Mer and Beast form. Perhaps more a function of gameplay, but I really appreciate that attention to detail. Awesome to see a Werewolf profile for HaWWW.

The different eye colours while being a part of the gameplay, are actually something I decided on since Moonlight Tales lets you do that. And yes Laughing Mutt and Chuckles are great aliases for this duo.

There's a fair few similarities in how I use Sotek's and Aela's werewolf forms to Cyre. I fully agree the two forms have different personalities, something which I go into a fair few times. Again with the eye color, Aela and Red have differences between them.

You've put a lot of thought into this GF and it really shows. great job here.

Yeah, from what I've seen outside your story (since I haven't read much of it) I got that impression. So I covered myself by saying most. I like the idea of a Golden Werewolf running around Skyrim and taking naps either on top of large rocks or in the shade of a tree.

It's not that hard, since I just turned some of my own traits up to 11

Is it strange that I want someone to comment on Mara's Tits? Or Cyre pissing on trees?

Would like to see a bit of a story on him. Have a think about it.

I'm tempted to do one from the Beast's perspective. Backseat hunting!

I really like this almost Jekyll and Hyde interpretation you have Golds, pretty clever dude!

Thanks Phil   I feel that having the two personalities helps keep the roleplaying fresh. Gotten tired of Cyre? Just transform into the Beast

And still no-one comments on Mara's Tits and the pissing...

I've done a lot of those ones. They are fun to write and it gives plenty of opportunities for you to break away from the norm. One thing for you to think upon if you do (I hope you do). Will your werewolf be able to talk! Now I prefer the lack of  speech but in game they can talk which you see during the Hircine ring quest.
