  I'm currently running Henson ' s Garlythi on Legendary and was just wondering how much damage a shield bash does. I read that it correlates to weapon base damage but unsure what that means. Basically I'm wondering if I should go after Targe of the Blooded first (level 16 currently) or try and just go after Spell Breaker.
