Skyrim NPC's and Character with Pink Faces?

    Hello..i just recently came back to skyrim and i redownloaded my game and opened it up. And then i go into it and start a new character and everyones face is  pink and their bodies are confetti looking. I have no clue what to do. And i just redownloaded it so idk what redownloading it again would do. Any help is appriciated. Cheers <3
