What pattern is on the stones? Is it similar to the swhirls seen in Skyrim's summoning circles like the one near Morthal? Great shot, ESO is a gorgeous looking game.

It's similar to the circles in Morthal, but not identical. When activated, daedric words appear on the actual Dolmen, which translates to, "Coldharbour calls; Nirn obeys." The Daedric words that will appear on the ground on the inner circle: "The slave must obey" and "Fall thrall to Bal." Outer circle: "Molag Bal is your master." Translation was provided by UESP.
