This region, also known as Anequina, merged with the southern region of Pellitine several centuries ago to form the province of Elsweyr. It's a patchwork that united many former small kingdoms , including Rimmen, Orcrest, Riverhold, and Meirvale.

Then there's the city...built on pillars in a canyon? Sounds like a terrible idea to me.
But yeah, holy shit does that look like an amazing loading screen. Honestly might be one of my favourite bits of ESO related artwork that I've seen ever. less

What is actually terrifying is that there doesn't seem to be a railing on any of the wooden platforms both as part of the house and below it. If I lived in that house everything on the ground floor would be located right in the centre with a good two or so metres one all sides.
