I notice your base stats are for a steel 2 handed axe. Sometimes...most of the times for me anyway, it ends up being a 1 handed axe, and is usually orcish, sometimes even dwarven or elven. I know it depends on level, but you should include the 1 handed stats as well, as that is what is given as well.
I don't know if the swords give out 2 handed. but if they do, you should include 2 handed stats as well. I never bothered to become thane of any town other than Whiterun, though on my current playthrough I plan on doing them all ( as soon as my PS3 is repaired, got the YLOD Saturday)

Yeah, the game likes to mess with the exact details of Thane Weapons, but it has been proven on the Elder Scrolls Wiki by several users including myself that Battleaxes are most common.
