“Murdered”
assured Zachriel.
“Aye, This is the third victim already
we need to put a stop to it.”
confirmed the Guard.
Zachriel approached the body. The cold
temperature of northern skyrim
left the corpse stiff while also
preserving it.
“Hmmm, the killer seems to enjoy killing-
too much. Though it seemed like this was done
by a beast, this was made by a blade, a rusty
one at that. Bad way to go.”
theorized Zachriel.
The guard nodded and said
“Thats what I thought too, You think you
could-”
“This is a grunts job” Zachriel declined.
Uriel grabbed Zachriel’s shoulder, inevitably
stopping him from walking away.
“Wait. Zachriel, I think we’re dealing
with just a petty murderer. This might serve
as great interest to the Shadowblades.”
advised Uriel.
“We are short on guards lately because
of the ongoing war, your help would
be invaluable.”
added the Guard.
“I guess so. Looks like you
found somebody to do your job
guardsman.”
said Zachriel.
“Just tell us what to do.”
“Great! you should inform
the Steward while we clean this up.”
replied the Guard.
“It would be nice if you start
with official consent.”
Without second thoughts they went
their way to reach the Steward. The
Halls of the Palace was dead silent
as you can hear echoing voices.
“You’re the Steward right?”
asked Zachriel.
“My name Jorlief, Yes i am.
And no, there are no more
available houses in Windhelm
currently.” clarified Jorlief.
“No, I am not here for that.
but I want to help about the
murderer.” said Zachriel
“Well, we can't turn down
help. You and your lady-friend
seem to be able.”
said Jorlief as he give Zachriel a
leering wink.
Uriel giggled.
“You got it all wrong old man,
you know its rude assuming
things?” denied Zachriel.
“Oh haha, you’re so close
together it seemed like it.”
apologized Jorlief.
“Anyways, you have the official
consent. Good luck finding the killer.”
