Oh my God, oh my God, oh my God! The season two of Stranger Things is coming to Netflix on October 27-th. Can't f#cking wait! So, to honor, hype and support the work of all the people behind this amazingly horrifying TV show, Motty and I have decided for a while now to organize a Fallout Character Building Event aimed at making Halloween themed character builds. Think of the days when you were just a kid (or maybe you still are) and remember all the fictional figures you wanted to dress up as during this spooky celebration: Frankenstein? A ghost? A vampire? An alien? A ghoul? Maybe even Alice from Wonderland? All right! You have that memory in mind? Do you remember who you wanted to dress up as? Good, now boot up Fallout and make a character build around that. Build a stranger thing than what you wouldn't normally find in Wasteland!
Rules and Organizing
- The event build must be based on a spooky or twisted version of a fictional character. It's simple. Think of what a kid would love to dress up as for Halloween. You can post the event build for Fallout 3, Fallout New Vegas or Fallout 4. If you need an example of a build elligible for this event, check my Atom Witch below;
- Completed character builds must be posted between the 7-th of October and the 11-th of November. You cannot post a build and continue to work on it in the Fallout Character Building Group. However, you can post a work in progress version of the build in The Workshop group any time you want. Motty and I will make sure we comment with constructive feedback.
- Completed character builds must be posted with the title "Event Build: (FO3 / FNV / FO4)".
- Posted event builds must have the tag "Event:Stranger Things" in addition to the game and playstyle ones. You can find more information on the latter two in The Fallout Character Build Archives.
- The author of every completed and posted event build will also receive a special Halloween themed badge on their account related to the event.
- The posted character build won't require having a level limit. However I strongly advise making sure that the build can do most of what it can from the gameplay point of view in the first 20 - 25 levels.
- It goes without saying, mods are allowed and encouraged.

And while I didn't dress up for him as halloween, he was pretty iconic for me growing up. Put me down for Ash Williams from the Evil Dead Franchise for a bit more light-hearted horror fare.
BOOMSTICK!

I'm sensing some weird stuff going on in Far Harbor. :D You know, I kind of liked the Mummy reboot. To me it really wasn't what the internet made it to be.
