So, do the builds for this event have to be about something scary or is it alright if they are inspired by something in the horror genre. Say I make a build that is inspired by Vampires but isn't exactly a horror character or even remotely scary does that count?

I have this build, essentially ready to post but I'm unsure whether or not it fits. It's a bit of a parody of the Family from FO3...There are glitters involved is all I'm saying.

Again, not a whole lot of horror, just inspired (distantly by horror). Unless you consider shitty writing horror... Guess you might.
