If he'd told the Dwemer about his vision of Zenithar they would probably laugh in his face though  They worship only themselves and do anything to become, well, gods...

Aye, true, they are quite selfish and... well self-worshiping as evident in their creations, as well as their enslavement of the Falmer, but still they were master craftsmen, hard to fault them on that, if from an amoral standpoint.

Really liked the presentation. Crafting builds seem to be met with at least some level of hesitance on this site, but the way you incorporated lore into the character should go over well with a lot of those same people, myself included. A 'power' build that retains roleplaying value. Well done.

So I've been toying with the idea of an Orc monk, and I think this build is what can help make it work, if I make the Orc a legion smith and a devotee of Zenithar with the Imperial Cult.  So I'll be taking up the no weapons challenge…we'll see how it goes.  Thanks for the inspiration!

You are most welcome, good luck, though that sounds like it should work really well. Plus the backstory fits really well it seems. Have fun.

Did you play test this? You mention fortifying barter on rings several times- that enchantment only works on necklaces.

Got a like from me as well. It's good to see something with crafting. I haven't gotten around to trying heavy armor yet, maybe i'll try this one

Waterbreathing's a pretty tough enchantment to find.
