Only time I've seen it in countless hours of playing myself.  Made me kind of sad actually.

I had a werewolf random encounter that I hadn't had before recently.  It was a farmer, standing over his dead wife, saying "Oh gods, what have I done?", and then transformed and attacked me.  I took a look at the dead wife after fighting, and I'm almost positive it was the same farmer/wife that you often encounter that say "Be warned, traveler- there are dragons about" (or something like that) that you give 5 gold to.

Auriel's Bow's enchantment doesn't work as it should under any school of magic, so cost reduction in Destruction or Restoration doesn't help it.

Even with the four zillion characters I've made, I've never taken the Soul Siphon perk.  I love Auriel's Bow, but the short charge life obviously sucks.  Has anyone used this perk with the bow with good results?  It would be nice to have a bit of a reprieve from constantly recharging with common soul gems, which I often forget to do.

There are certain spots where higher-than-usual draugr seem to appear; Arcwind Point is one of them.  And fast traveling to an outdoor location after not fighting a dragon for a while will often spawn a dragon attack.  I think all of us that have put a lot of hours into the game have dealt with dragon after dragon at the college.
