You should do the quest, forgot the title, where you return the Lexicon to Avanchenzel to get the Dwarven perk for smithing....nvm, I saw it

I was planning on playing this one in a week or two, and that is exactly how I was going to tweak the build... take the one handed perks, and throw them into the speech tree and fill out heavy armor. I'm looking forward to playing this and to see your take on the artifacts of Zenithar :)

Thanks, do have fun with the build, and those artifacts will probably come out tomorrow or so, when I have time to do some experimentation and fill a soul gem or two. Nonetheless, glad you agree with my tweaks, and thanks for commenting.

Be sure to test it first because I might be talking out of my backside  Your current perks might be spot on for higher difficulties, see.

I like your interpretation of the artefacts. You may want to realign your text, though.

For the most part the perks work either way, honestly it ought to be more challenging, and so far its been fine without one handed, though the bone breaker perk helped to make a few fights shorter. Glad you like the artifacts so far, and hopefully there'll be a few more to come.

You might be right on legendary, one handed can always be added back in, but in the end, the Roleplay and the Build calls for a challenge of no weapon skills, and between an enchanted weapon and fortify one handed I believe most problems can be solved, but by all means play it as well and see what you think.

Added three more Artifacts of Zenithar, but there are still more to be found. Have fun crafting.

Funny enough, on a imperial soldier build I'm running, there is an order devoted to Stendaar, with an armor and weapon that, when worn, would turn the bearer into The Guardian, wielding Steandaar's very hammer, to purge the land of injustice and become Stendaar's Champion

Interesting, similar idea, though different execution. I am wondering what people think of the Dwemer being the first Artificers though, seeing as how their whole world is build on craftsmanship and knowledge.

I can imagine the Zenithar followers viewing them in two ways

    1. Heretics - since they do not scorn the gods an worship their own gods of wisdom and logic

    2. Misguided souls - they still honor Zeithar's craft but misguidedly think that he is not responsible for their success...

Good points both, I have a feeling that since Zenithar's followers believe that the craft is more essential to the point they would follow the second rather than the first, however it depends on how deeply religious you are. If you strictly follow Zenithar, than they should be fine, but those who follow all Nine Divines might find them to be more heretical.

Then again who says that Zenithar is not one of their "Gods?"
