Both my builds feature mods, while I do also make sure that you can play it vanilla too. A feature of the Remaster is that console players now have access to mods if they have the current console. Mostly these mods, for now consist of fixes, retextures, and things like that, but down the road, I'm assuming more complicated overhaul type mods will filter in.
To answer your second question. If you feel that you can adaquately playtest and writeup more than one build in about a month, then be my guest. Last time I attempted this, I did not succeed in posting two builds, but I am a notoriously slow playtester.
Awesome! I've got practically no life a lot of free time, so I'm sure I can handle two. But three is hardly practical, so now I have to choose from my fiery Orsimer martial artist and my cannibalistic blood-magic Nord as my second entry. Hmmm...I'll get back to you on this, Lissette...
