Depends, do you want to level t...  moreI usually pick standing stones based on lore or character rather than gameplay, but from a gameplay standpoint, Lover would be more efficient, especially since your three skills are all scattered among Mage, Thief, Warrior. Depends, do you want to level them at a good rate at the same time, or focus on one first?

SpookyBorn2021 I'd probably recommend Mage or Thief just because One-Handed naturally levels rather fast compared to some of the Mage skills or Light Armour (which only really levels if your getting hit, which kind of goes against most LA builds). Plus don't forget you ...  moreI'd probably recommend Mage or Thief just because One-Handed naturally levels rather fast compared to some of the Mage skills or Light Armour (which only really levels if your getting hit, which kind of goes against most LA builds). Plus don't forget you can always get Well Rested with other stones giving you at least 10% for the others and upto 30% on the one you've chosen.

But yeah, just based on how difficult some skills are to level, I'd go Mage.

Being able to unleash bashes at will makes an unarmed character a lot more viable. Course you can also get some decent staggers out of Power and Shouts, but nothing quite as beneficial as just bashing with a shield.

Some mods add unarmed perks to the Block Tree, but that's probably not that important because just as many add them to Light Armour or One-Handed (some even add them to Illusion for some reason). so there's that to consider.   less

Zonnonn There is a glitch where if you're a vampire and have an Ebony Shield equipped it turns invisible. This means that it looks like you're unarmed even if you're not, which means you can add another dynamic to combat without breaking the theme of the build

Zonnonn Just in case anyone's wondering, I've poked around a bit and turns out the glitch works with the Blades Shield as well
