So, do we submit for the 28th of August poll here as well Liege?
If so I'll start with Felkros' Warden of Azura, Kaiser's A Study on Transmutation, that weird Golden Fool's Modder's Log: Fir and Reginald in case it hasn't been featured yet.
I'll also add in The Myth of the Missing Thirteenth by Armonar which I just read and is totally awesome.

May I submit Velot the Prophet's From Nede to Reachmen? With ESO's Horns of the Reach dlc landing on Xbox One on Monday and the content in it lining up nicely to confirm as fact the theories Veloth proposes, I thought it might be nice to raise awareness of it and the possibilities for interpretation this new lore gives us. Once thought to be of Bretonic blood primarilly due to their location and proximity with High Rock, that Reachmen are of Nedic descent makes them somehow more relatable, their tale mirroring that of the Ancient Britons who were driven from their ancestral lands after repeated invasions onto British soil.

I go along with DB's choices but there is another piece which I feel stands out and was put together rather well.
Wasteland recipes Vol 01
This is a piece from Spotted Fawn for the TSC Book Terminal event.
