+1 from me because I also played a pure Destruction+Alchemy character and it's amazing :)
But there are a few things I don't like here.
1: The use of restoration potions. I do not like to use bugs/glitches.
2: Destruction Dual casting perk... Why? Without the Impact perk it is absolutely pointless. 2.8x magicka cost for 2.2x effectiveness is not worth it. It's better to just simply cast a given spell with both hands without the perk.
3: "Breton female to fit the roleplay" You say very few things about role play, any race could fit to that.
I'd recommend 2 potion made of Mora Tapinella + Creep Cluster (Restore Magicka) and Wheat + Blisterwort (Restore health). All of them can grow in Hearthfire garden

I don't what's more shocking; the perk spread or how easy to use the build early-game.
The simplicity of this build makes it so interesting.
Might give it a try with SkyRe.

All images have been restored for this build. While I try my best to keep the formatting as close to the original as possible, there are some unavoidable differences as a result of differing platforms... for this I apologize.
Also, please feel free to remove the 'Restored' banner at the end of the build--I put it there as a courtesy to let the reader know that the build has been worked on by somebody other than its original creator without his or her knowlege.

Hey, I like the look of this build a lot, but there is something I don't quite understand.
I tried making a fortify restoration potion (21%) and using it before putting on fortify destruction items, or magicka regen items, and it worked as advertised, but when the potion ran out, the bonuses on the items ran out too.
Do I need to have higher level alchemy to make this really work? Other example this build gives is to take the potion before getting a shrine blessing or going to the standing stone, but that seems pointless when the bonus will be gone when you leave to go someplace.
Am I missing something? I have only recently learned how to do the resto loop/glitch.

I can't remember--I've only used resto-glitches once or twice, and seemed like I always was messing something up in the process xD
You might get more hits on this question if you ask it again in the Character Building Help Desk.
