Most of the mods I have installed don't change the gameplay so vanilla would have been an option, although I wouldn't have been able to get the look I wanted (check the screenshot I posted). Since I use the script extender I have a mod which allows me to unlock achievements while I have mods installed, so I'm not that worried about those.

Sorry Motty and Amo, not gonna be in this one. But you have my word that I'm gonna make a cyberpunk themed build when I get back to Fallout one day. Thinking of a cyber augmented gunslinger taking the trash out of Vegas.

OK, I don't know if I'll get a good idea for this event - I think my 'struggle' (for want of a better term) is that it seems to me that, by most definitions, the world of Fallout 4 is pretty much a cyberpunk world to start with.
I'm not easily seeing an 'angle' that I can take that is going to make my build any different from the norm - beyond the totally obvious Institute (or Anti-Institute / Railroad) playthrough
Maybe I'll see what mods I can find to mix it up a bit?

Yeah, I kinda ran into the same issue. Seeing I'm planning on going Institute, I guess I could use some of the CROSS mods on PC to add some nice stuff but I'm having trouble finding something that is both Cyberpunk and "not just another FO4 character".

How is everybody doing?
I got to level 28, but then Hangman's Alley was attacked. I had been ammassing all my junk there so I can recreate a street from one of the megalopolises that Noodles mentions. When I returned after a railroad mission, I was left with like 10 steel and 1000 or so wood. And nothing else. Damn Super Mutants or synths for carrying thousands of pounds of material. I'm guessing it was either of those groups because I don't think humans could carry that much stuff. Literally had 5000 units of steel and wood, hundreds of other supplies, enough aluminum to build many power armor, ballistic fiber, nuclear material. My fiance thought I was exaggerating until I reverted to an earlier save before the attack and he saw my supplies. "Wow, shit, they took everything!" was what he said.
So at the earlier save (only lost a level) and now have everything stored for my planned magalopolis street at Home Plate.
Other than that, my playthrough is going very well. I am enjoying the combo of unarmed with an array of pistols. Right now, he's in Kellog's outfit, but am soon in a position to switch to the Courser uniform (go leather!).Roy Batty isn't seen using pistols in the game, but I liked the idea of him adapting to the Commonwealth and using Kellogg's pistol, Righteous Authority, and The Deliverer have been very cool.

I haven't played since my initial session, assignments have gotten in the way :( But in that one session I had a big robot arm, a .44 pistol and a mod added laser shotgun both of which I don't have the amunition for so I was just punching people with the robot arm. It was fun. Hopefully after tomorrow or friday I should be free to play fallout again.
