Exiting your power armor in elevators help you by giving you a safe place for cover. They don't take damage while your not in them and you can feel like a tricky batman with the tactic

I tried taking Curie with me to Far Harbor, and the rarity of Robot repair kits outside of the Mechanist questline is starting to infuriate me. I have a total of two repair kits, while in comparison between my character and Curie I have over 50 stimpaks.

Second try was a winner...barely. took so many chems because I botched the initial interaction and had to play catch up. For the first time in a long time, dogmeat saved the day by grabbing his arm for a while until I unloaded two clips into him.

Whew. Also got Artillery. Ready to go see Father... Level 34.

Still on survival. Also I recommend bringing a hazmat suit with you when you journey to far harbor

I got that vibe...I think I'm going to hold off a while on FH. I really want to keep pressing to the end with my current survival mode play through. Getting pretty close.

Although the new Synth stuff in FH is actually looking quite helpful for my build... hint hint :)

I haven't been able to stop thinking about what the Synth stuff will mean for my guide. The first conversation with the Trailer Synth especially

Just curious: how highly recommended is endurance/lifegiver?

I'm on my first survival run through, tempted to restart (but that's always my temptation). Endurance is set at 3, I've taken no perks in it. Intended to look into lifegiver and lead belly, but I haven't taken them yet and don't feel a strong need to soon. I imagine lifegiver would have made an easier start, but is it profitable long-term?

Death comes so swiftly that it's better to sneak than absorb shots, and I'm thinking late term sneaking/stealth kills will come more easily, further lessening the need for endurance--however counterintuitive that might seem.

I started out with only 2 or 3 Endurance and went up to the late 30's before I decided to perk lead belly (mainly becaues I already had everything else I wanted) and I still haven't taken lifegiver. Since I've hit level 40 I've started putting points into Endurance so that I can get Aquagirl as I'm doing a lot more swimming in Far Harbor, I also plan on perking Rad Resistance at some point.

Would it be rude of me to ask you for a sneak-peek, perhaps a screenshot of your perks?

If it's not too much trouble, that'd be some great insight for me.

Or I could be patient and wait like everyone else.
