Ebonslayer It's possible without too many exploits or boosts. Just treat them like a Witcher swallow potion instead of an instant heal, that is use them before or at the start of a fight.

Kaiser Use what..? This is a no alchemy no resto playthrough. The question is is passive regen enough to be viable so I never have to think about healing. Crowd control and damage mitigation would be my "healing" I suppose.

Ebonslayer I thought you were talking about bought and found potions. Enchanting should be fine so long as you have strong armor and a good shield to absorb hits while the enchantment does its work.
