  To answer your question, the Dragonborn Dragon Priest masks (Ahzidal, Zahkriisos, and Dukaan) do affect certain enchanted weapons.  It boosts the enchantment's total damage depending on the element of the enchanted weapon and the enchantment of the mask itself.  It also boosts the elemental damage of the Champion's Cudgel and any weapons enchanted with Chaos Damage.  In addition, the Mace of Molag Bal's enchantment is increased by Ahzidal's mask.
