Dunno if Seven was planning to continue this, but I have a fleshed out Clavicus Vile build, here you go everyone:

    Vile’s Mask

Gear: Umbra (Daedric Sword with Fiery Soul Trap + Fire Damage), Masque of Clavicus Vile/Vokun, Ebony Armor (because it looks similar to the Masque)
    Race: Imperial
Basic Philosophy: Profit is paramount, mischief is encouraged
Basic Traits: Silver-tongued, stabby, diabolical; a trickster
Followers: Any dog you can find, a nod to Barbas (optional), anyone you can profit from
Stone: Serpent/Shadow/Steed all of them fit the flavor

    Magicka 1:Health 1:Stamina 1

    Special Moves:

Trickery - The Mask soothes his enemies before stabbing them in the back
Requires: Voice of the Emperor/Calm Spell + Sneak Attack

Daedric Luck - Having struck a deal with Lord Vile for preservation, the Mask is rescued from death once a day
    Requires: Avoid Death

Barbas’ Favor - Barbas appears to protect you, not in his normal form, but shapeshifted into a flaming wolf
    Requires: Flaming Familiar

Daywalker - As a member of the Cyrodiil Vampyrum Order, you effectively conceal your Vampirism using various techniques and items, blending in with society
Requires: Vampirism + Recovery Perk + Respite Perk + Stamina and Magicka Regen Enchant

Makes a deal with Lord Vile: in exchange for saving his life from beheading, the Mask vows to collect human souls for his master. Of course, being a follower of Clavicus Vile, the mask also pursues ways in which to expand their wealth and power. The Mask must never show his true face if at all possible. While many Daedra would be angry if their followers served a different Daedric Prince, Lord Vile encourages it for the sole purpose of acquiring powerful artifacts. The Mask searches for any and all Daedric shrines, regardless of the usefulness of a given artifact. Sometimes it’s just good to have them around. The same goes for filling soul gems, souls are quite the commodity.

Suggested Level 60 Perk Spread http://skyrimcalculator.com/#231662

Quests to do ASAP: "The Black Star" (Azura's Shrine) "A Scroll for Anska" (Highgate Ruin northeast of Morthal) and "A Daedra's Best Friend" (find Barbas just outside Falkreath at level 10)

I don't think he/she is going to finish this. Anybody willing to take up the mantle?

Why not have multiple people work on it and then post it once finished?

I agree with Josh on this. My votes are Sage, Ebony Blade, and Tim Faroe. If they have the time, of course.

I have an idea, Mora's Researcher. You search for books and will go to any lengths to get them. you know a lot of what many would call "dark magic" (atromancy, necromancy, conjures seekers, etc.). Your goal is to learn all there is to know. Knowledge is power after all

It would be cool if this build was a Skaal Outcast (double weaponry or archery, no magic other than alteration) or a member of House Telvanni (pure mage with Ash Magic) also, may add a bit of nice RPing to it as well

I like this idea, the playthrough would prioritize acquisition of skill boosting books, and I'd also go with extensive use of the atronach forge
