    Mmm... Interesting...

So human races go first; at its peak the Nords lead (unsurprisingly, with Skyrim being the latest game of the franchise and all), followed by Bretons and Imperials. The Redguards fall (suprisingly, with their incredible lore and culture! Incredible story potential!) behind by quite a bit, equal to the "other" category of 5 characters.

Then goes, generally, the Mer, with the Dunmer leading the group (also unsurprisingly, with Morrowind and Solstheim being of an important lore value), and followed by the others, including the Argonians in the middle of it all.

And for last, with a mere 3 and 4 caracters, the Khajiit and the Orcs rest at its base.

This says a lot about the general "ethics" (if you can call a fantasy preference ethics): incredibly biased towards the Nords and humans in general. I mean, its normal: we're humans (mostly, I guess. Maybe there's a lizard or a cat or a wolf around here too). It's not bad per se, it depends on the setting and tipe of story too, but having a difference of 16 Nord characters more in comparison with the 3 Khajiit ones... (we need those kitties too!)

I don't know, maybe its the nordic influence that Skyrim gives and the temptation to explore the civil war there that makes the Nords predominant in comparison to all the other ones.

Personally, it's not that important. I was surprised about the lack of Redguards (I'm fascinated by their culture, along with the Bretons and Dunmer), Khajiit, Orcs and, in general, all the races in comparison to all the Nords, but having a character of a specific fictional race doesn't mean much, tbh.

Nice chart and investigation, btw, interesting nevertheless.
