I mean, you can change it if you want. It did test my patience several times though, want a tip? Keep doing a forward power attack to move faster, put away your sword before it completes to stop it from taking stamina. Just be careful where you aim it though!

Practice, practice and lots of arrows, because missing because so common you're shocked when you don't. Until the end of it I was missing more then half my shots, but then my accuracy shot up as I used it more and more.

I think realistically the horse would be a bit weighed down by all that. The main reason for a light armor chest piece is for the extra mobility, not that it makes much of a difference.

Instant like for using Mounted Combat, Dragon Combat and being crippled, not to mention the excellent presentation and interesting Roleplay mechanics. Personally it isn't a build I'd play, but that's just because I find the Horse controls to be fairly clunky, but it is a really awesome build that I don't mind dropping a like or two for.
The only real recommendation I have, is to try cutting down on some of those bigger paragraphs. At the moment we've got some massive chunks of text in between the pictures, which could really be cut down a little, perhaps breaking each up into multiple sub-sections would be nice (Splitting Combat into Mounted, Dragon and Foot fighting for instance) just so it all looks neater.
As I said, a like from me mate, nice work here.

I love what you've done with this. I admit that when you released this we were in the middle of getting ready to do release our own, so I only skimmed it very briefly at the time and didn't give it the read it deserved. I love the idea of playing with a handicap, and I think you've executed that perfectly. I feel like mounted play is seriously underutilized, and you've really made it shine here. Having Arvak at your beck and call is a really nice touch. The RP is really solid too and you did a great job of marrying those elements with the gameplay. Easy +1 from me.
