Skyrim BUGS . . . any possible fixes??? Help!!

    First, let me say I really enjoy shield bashing and Dedric Bow Soul Trapping with a Legendary upgrade on the weapon, yea! I have recently come across some problems with the Misc Quest . . . 

    - I mark and highlight Misc Quest/Task, go to the site where it asks me to go, then nothing is there for me to complete the Quest.

    i.e. Blades Mission kill Dragon at such and such. Go to the location, Blades meet me there but there is no Dragon to be found. 

    i.e. Speak to Companions members for work. I go to speak with them but they have no dialogue to help get me work. 

    Is anyone else having issues with any of these Misc. Quest Bugs or is it just me
