I really like your build, but I think your suggested playstile is not neutral enough (my opinion), there are two things I dislike:
First of all I dont think Dead is the right being to decide who is good and who is bad and deserves to go to Oblivion, as Death is also called "the big same maker" (tried to translate it from german to english, so sorry if I did it wrong), therefore I would not differenciate between good and evil, high and low social status etc...
...which leads me to my second point: I think that you should also kill a Citizen when you do a bounty mission, or completely ignore this strange rule, because i think this rule is inconsistent and
consequence is in my opinion the most important thing in this build
As a suggestion for all Hearthfire Users: you could pretend to "kill" a child by adopting it and tell it to live in your house
I think this will be my last caracter before I stop playing Skyrim (900 hours are enough) so of course you get a +1 for me
oh, and please update your tags (Ponty or Mason have made a guideline for it)
