Deltia, from Deltiasgaming.com, has produced two of what I consider to be the best video guides on leveling a new character in ESO. The first video outlines some very important basics to leveling and how to level efficiently while questing and enjoying the game. This is important for new players who have never experienced the various questlines.
The second video gives a detailed explanation on how to "grind" your character up quickly if you have done the quests already or have no interest in them. Bear in mind that he is grinding in a very specific dungeon (Skyreach in Craglorn) and is "pulling" a ton of enemies. First, there are other places to grind. Check out my POST on the subject. Second, if you are trying this method while solo, or are a lower leveled player, then I recommend that you either find a grinding partner or pull less enemies at one time. Either way, you should be fine. I've solo'd Skyreach several times on my magicka Sorcerer, so I know it's very possible.
If you have any questions, feel free to hit me up! Happy leveling!

I hope you do, Bonelord. Deltia is an amazing resource. Plus, there are a few articles on this site that could help. There are lots of resources available. Although you would never know it from this site, the ESO player base keeps growing. The servers are always full.

I was invited to Deltia's guild this weekend and ran through Skyreach with him for about an hour. He's the real deal - very down to earth and helpful.

Thanks! He is a very genuine guy, and I was, quite frankly, flattered that recruited me. He started a new account for Xbox NA and needed to grind up his character and champion points, so we ran a rather mob-heavy dungeon for loads of XP. It was fun. I'm looking forward to running more content with him.

Dude, that's cool as hell. Now you need to join Sypher's guild and you'll be good :p

Sypher? Nah. Other than being exclusively on PC, he's a mainly a solo PvP guy. The only does PvE to raise the undaunted level of his characters for the last two passives on that skill line. He think is part of a dueling guild though.
