  It varies from town to town and faction to faction. You'll want to look for the stables and the pack merchant. If you look on your map, the stables are usually denoted by a horse's head icon within the city. And the for the pack merchants you have to either look under the crafting area or the market area, their icon is a little sack. If you have trouble finding them, just let me know what faction and city you're in, then I'll help you find them.

  Great stuff! This is all good advice for a noob like me, I'm especially looking forward to the crafting which I hope to dive deep in to.
