Oh, here's an idea for Fallout 4 since all we've been talking about is Skyrim! :D Also because I'm in charge of restoring these (though I haven't really gotten that ball rolling).
Remember the Swatter and the Homer builds? Well, it struck me as odd that both Baseball-themed builds went with a handgun for a ranged weapon when there's the freakin' Junk Jet. Just load Baseballs in there, and you've got the true Baseball-themed build. I've played this, and it's hilarious. Besides, Nuka-World added a bunch of fun extras for the Baseball Bat, and I'd love to see them used.

Anyone want to make a Lone Wanderer crossover? Fallout's main character dropped into Skyrim.
Your pipboy malfunctions in this world, causing you to arc lightning all over the place, but VATS still functions as Slow Time. You can pick a Dogmeat follower. The closest thing you can find to guns are crossbows.
I figure the gameplay would be similar to the Aether Engineer build.

@Mello: I did the Courier form FONV Here's a link if you are interested. Of course I Skyrimized the character.

Then there is the Lone Vault Survivor by Stormtrooper Jon which is basically a direct transplant.

Jordan said: For Skyrim: Base a character build's role/gameplay around filling up all the hall of the deads' of skyrim. Like some sort of overlord who goes from hold to hold exterminating everyone they can and collecting all the dead in the coffins and urns that appear. Most likely treat this as a long quest to be done over the course of the play through. Think becoming the thane of every hold. The Overthane?
Sort of like a priest of Arkay gone mad? That would be pretty cool, but I'm not sure if stealing from the dead would fit in. My thinking would be the character wants to please the god by filling up his halls with corpses, but robbing with them kinda goes against this. And having the character respect the dead person more so than them when they were alive would be an interesting character point.

Ha! Now, that would be an intriguing build. Definitely. Somebody, please pick this idea up.

I'm so tempted, but building is just so hard! If anyone wants to, I'll play the character as well, and give some RP ideas.

So I recently am unable to work on any of my build ideas as I have became bored with Skyrim and Fallout 4, but I can't find the notes I made for the Fallout 4 builds, so I am hoping someone on here will be able to get my projects up and runing maybe see the light of day.
Skyrim builds
Nosferatu Vampire build, which is dunmer vampire build that is grotesque in apperacne, I can provide the sliders for such. The lore is basicaly the Nosferatu clan are a tribe of primitave and barbic vampires from Morrowind, they are followers of Molag Bal and look to enslave all non vampires, and vampires who don't follow their ideas. Main skills are Electromancy, Alteration (Flesh Spells and Teleknises), and Illusion (Invisiblity and Muffle) Minor Skills are Restration, Conjuration (Raise Dead spells), and Enchanting.
Dragonborn build, which a Argonian build. The lore behind this some what based on the Dragonborn from DnD, so if you don't want to look that up basically, these group of Argonians beileve they are the modern day decendants of Dragons. Skills vary as each different color of dragons have different abilites/skills.
