Aside from the backstory it was really just a list of races and skills. I recommend having a look at some Exemplar, Mythic and/or Legendary builds for some better inspiration on how to present your ideas.
  I know you wrote at the bottom that it was incomplete but you really need to be posting complete works. If you do decide to post again I look forward to seeing how you've improved!  less
