  does any one know what to put in the circular thing attached to the forge. i have full recipe list but the things i summon like deadra and atronachs try to kill me

  I believe you need to have your Conjouration at 90 before getting the quest "activated" from a mage in the college. Then you're able to get the globe. That's alot of conjouring.
