I have an idea for my next FO4 build, but there are two different ways I could go with it. Either way he'd be a scavenger that never buys junk or weapon mods from vendors. He only usues what he salvages and he mods all of his own weapons. He's a hoarder and whatver settlement he uses as his home basically becomes a junkyard. Which one sounds better?
The first option: uses melee and stealth, with the junk jet and railway rifle if things get sticky. Tries to avoid fighting and is really just after the scrap. He'll sneak around and get what he wants if he can avoid a fight. Travels alone. Either no armor and just some ratty clothes or some leather armor and a bandana. Basically a squishy scavver.
The second option: This one is a bit more "industrial" I guess. Uses Welder(flamer), junk jet, railway rifle, and melee weapons if enemies get close. Wears either raider or metal armor with a welding helmet. Not afraid to fight. Travels with Dogmeat or a junkyard dog (like the movie tropes where junkyards always have snarling gaurd dogs).
