I'd definitely encourage it if you can work the two sections together well. While there's also nothing wrong with segmenting your build, it's really quite enjoyable to have a character that just sort of flows well between each section is fine.

So, yeah how much you separate the two is up to you...But if your looking for advice I'd probably recommend aiming to make the Gameplay section as technical as possible, if you just focus on the combat and numbers behind everything then it's a lot easier to seperate the two.  less

For the most part, it varies by skill. One-handed and Two-Handed level like ninjas if you're a combat build of any sort and can be in the ~80 range at level 30; Archery can exploit Faendal to reach very high levels very quickly, too. Necromancers and Bound Weapon users will find Conjuration leveling the same. On the flipside, Light Armor is a known turtle, as is Restoration, and Destruction takes a bit of effort, too.

I definitely recommend you actually play the build again so that you get a good idea of which skills go fast and which ones lag. Smithing without Dwarven Bows or Transmute Mineral Ore hurts a lot.  less

Someone that spends a lot of time grinding skills can make a Level 50 character have 100 in all their main skills, but at the same time I've had characters reach their completion without being able to hit those upper tier Restoration perks and then took the build to 55-56 but didn't choose extra perks (making the build level 50 even though I technically hit a higher level).

There's no real rhyme or reason to it honestly, it's just what you personally hit and what information you feel like including. Some people do the full breakdown of skills including the exact level (One-Handed 76 as an example) others don't feel it's required.   less

Other then that, what I'd recommend as a free piece of software is 'Picasa 3' it's a lot easier to use than some of the photoshop services but still lets you do some pretty good stuff (borders, text, different 'filters', that sort of thing). Best part about it is that it's free  less

I think the perks you've chosen a pretty good set of perks, it gives your character a pretty good set of offense and defense and of course the summons work really well. The debate between Restoration and Alteration is tough, both are fairly defensive skills but work in very different ways, and considering this character has at least some skill in close combat (with One-Handed) I would probably say that boosting your AR would be more useful than healing damage.

Buuut, realistically you only (In my opinion) need 3 perks to make Restoration viable. With just Novice/Apprentice Restoration and Regeneration you can heal both in-combat and out of combat pretty effectively without needing to dual-wield the spells or anything. And to get those perks I could see dropping Master Alteration, and 2 of the Augmented Destruction perks (either only using two elements or having a 'primary element' and then the two secondary elements). Or even dropping Soul Squeezer, Soul Siphon and Master Alteratio...    less
