Aela had said that Skjor was scouting ahead, but as we approached the fort, he was nowhere to be found.
He must have gone inside, I thought. But did that mean...

Well, it would suck if she killed the guards. I mean, the point was to rid of the vampirisim to not hurt anyone, so one monster for another indeed.

About Me
I’m a simple person who enjoys games, stories, and characters. I started playing Skyrim at the beginning of 2017, and was immediately captured by the world that Bethesda Game Studios created. Up to that point, I had never played a game that was so open ended.
As I searched for others who were also enjoying this game (even though it had already been out for over five years by that point), I stumbled across a podcast called A Skyrim Addicts Podcast. There, I was happy to discover, a number of people who were no longer in their teens or twenties (like me) were still enjoying playing this game over and over. It was also there that I was first introduced to the idea of creating your own story within the Skyrim framework.
By listening to A Skyrim Addicts Podcast, I was also introduced to another podcast called Character Crusade which was entirely focused on this matter of creating story and characters in the Skyrim universe. This really opened my eyes to the possibilities in Skyrim for telling unique and compelling stories. This has both heightened my enjoyment of the game and given me a creative outlet I was sorely missing.
It was on the Character Crusade Discord server that I first tried my hand at writing. What started out as a way to document my gameplay to share with others, quickly turned into full-fledged fan faiction with a heavy emphasis on using screenshots to tell my stories. Now my writing is more akin to machinima or a graphic novel where the screenshots fill in a lot of the details, and my captions explore the characters and their interactions.
To help keep my stories organized for myself and accessible to those who would be interested in seeing them, I created a website specifically for my fan fiction at www.tralientunbound.wordpress.com . Once I discovered this community, however, I was interested in sharing my stories on Tamriel Vault as well.
How Did You Find TamrielVault?
I first heard about it while listening to a podcast called Character Crusade. However, it was through the writing of another member named Caladran that I became more familiar with the site.
